A battery is an electrical part, so what can be returned is narrower than for most goods — but the cases that matter to you are covered.

Wrong battery sent

If what arrives does not match what you ordered, or does not fit the vehicle or inverter we confirmed it against, we replace it at our cost. Nothing to pay, nothing to argue.

Damaged on arrival

Cracked case, leaking, bent terminals — refuse it at the door and tell us. Our technician is there when it is unboxed, which is exactly why fitting is bundled with delivery.

Changed your mind

An unfitted battery in its original packaging can be returned within the window shown at checkout. Once a battery has been fitted and charged in a vehicle it cannot be resold as new, so a fitted battery is a warranty matter rather than a return.

Faulty battery

This is a warranty claim, not a return — see Warranty explained. We collect it, test it and handle the manufacturer's process ourselves.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Timelines are shown at checkout with the return window.
