What to send

• For a vehicle: make, model, variant and year — or just the registration number, which settles the variant on its own. A photo of the label on your old battery is quicker still.
• For an inverter: the inverter's model number, and roughly how many hours of power cut you get.

We come back with the exact battery, both prices — with and without exchange — the warranty split, and when it can be fitted.
